Ordering Information
You may place order online by following instructions in pressing the paypal button or by calling us at 571-332-0532. We will email a confirmation to you within 24 hours. Fall Timeframe: Items requiring monogramming will take 10-14 business days prior to shipping. Orders not personalized will be shipped within 3-4 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Holidays.


Payment Information
When ordering online, we accept all major credit cards through paypal. For all other types of payments, please contact us.


Shipping and Sales Tax Information
A 5% sales tax will be added to all Virginia residents.

If you would like to have your purchase shipped, paypal will offer shipping at the end of the order process. You may select the USPS Priority shipping or select Pick Up from a pull down menu. Shipping Costs are based on purchase price. Northern Virginia purchases can also pick up. We will notify you when item is ready.

For orders shipped outside the U.S, please contact us for shipping costs. If you do not order shipping, you will be contacted when the order is complete and a pick up time will be scheduled.

We ship USPS Priority Mail. Most will arrive within 2-5 days. Overnight and 2 day service is available for additional fees. Please contact usif you need the item by a specific date. We try our best to accommodate.


Backorders
Due to demand, there is occasionally an item that is temporarily out of stock. You will be promptly notified if you place an order for an item that is on backorder.


Returns
Monogrammed items are not returnable. However, we want you to be happy so please let us know if there is a problem. And we and will accept returns and exchanges on any non-monogrammed items. You will be credited the amount of the item and any sales tax charged. Items that have been used or damaged may not be returned.
For items damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately. Keep all packaging materials for inspection purposes by carrier company.


Privacy Policy
We will not sell or disburse any information received to any third party source. We use Paypal services to collect payments and payment information. Please refer to their website for security and privacy policies.
