Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of the shop's items, orders will not be refunded unless an agreement to cancel the order was made by the buyer and shop owner. Orders that are made incorrectly on the shop's part will be resent, but a photo is required for evidence. Orders that are "lost in the mail" or marked as delivered by USPS, but "never delivered" will not be remade or refunded.

If an order is damaged in any way, buyers must contact the shop within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time the shop is not responsible for replacing/resending items. Please keep in mind that the damage must have occurred on or prior to delivery. The shop is not responsible for damages that the buyer could have potentially caused. The 30 day deadline is nonnegotiable. Sending threatening messages to leave poor feedback against the shop will not change the outcome.

There are no returns or exchanges on any item in the shop. This applies to all items including pre-made apparel. Please see size charts that are listed as they come straight from the manufacturing company. Dissatisfaction of size/fit/style will not result in a return/exchange. 


Application/Usage
The shop is not responsible for improper application or wear and tear on the buyer's part. This refers all items in the shop that require adhesive application or garment washing. The shop will not replace orders that were damaged due to the buyer's misuse.
